General terms & conditions

The specific repair work performed on all other products are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of the completed repair. This limited warranty applies only the repaired product specified on your receipt. It does not cover accessories, other expenses, or consequential damage. We are not responsible for damaged or lost film, tapes, lamps, caps, straps, batteries, digital media, equipment received disassembled or equipment that has been subject to unauthorized service. If upon disassembly, we find evidence of sand/grit, liquid, or moisture damage, or other evidence of unauthorized service you may receive a revised estimate. Revised estimates require approval before we proceed with the repair. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY EQUIPMENT WE HAVE NOT REPAIRED.

We will not be held responsible for merchandise left over 90 days. If, after 90 days, you have not responded to our estimate or other communications we will confiscate your equipment with no further notification.
